Enable Integration with Carriers

Select Tools > Options from the menu. Tools -> Options...

Select the Carriers tab. Then select a carrier from the list on the left, and finally place a check mark next to Enable integration. After integration is enabled, choose the appropriate values for each carrier option.

Repeat this for each carrier. Click on the OK button when you are done.
An import folder for each carrier you enable will appear in the Views pane.
