Canada Post Shipping Rate Provider

The Canada Post Shipping Rate Provider setup program created a folder 
on your desktop called "Canada Post Shipping Rate Provider".

1.	Open the "Canada Post Shipping Rate Provider" folder and you will 
	find 3 subdirectories named "bin", "BVAdmin", and "BVModules".
	
2.	Copy the "bin", BVAdmin, and "BVModules" subdirectories to your web
	site so that they overwrite the same subdirectories on the web site.
	For example, the files from the "bin" subdirectory on your computer
	should be copied to the "bin" subdirectory on your web site.
	
3.  Add the follow <system.net> setting to the <configuration> section
	of your web.config file:
	
	<system.net>
		<settings>
			<httpWebRequest useUnsafeHeaderParsing="true" />
		</settings>
	</system.net>
	
4.	Using your browser, navigate to the Shipping Rate Provider Suite
	plug-in,
	
		BV Admin > Plug-ins > Shipping Rate Provider Suite
	
	Use the Shipping Rate Provider Suite plug-in to complete the
	installation.
