Shipping Agent for BV Commerce updates customer address book
Shipping Agent for BV Commerce was updated today to update the customer address book.
When you upload a package, you can include the actual destination address that was printed on the label. If the destination address is different than the shipping address in the order, the shipping address in the order is updated to match.
The new build will scan the customer's address book for addresses that match the original order shipping address. All matches are also updated with the actual destination address. So if your customer orders from you again, they will be much more likely to use the new, corrected address.
