Shipper 3.8 Compatible with UPS WorldShip 2010 Version 12

UPS released WorldShip 2010 version 12 today. Initial testing shows that Shipper 3.8 (which was designed to work with WorldShip 2009 version 11) is also compatible with WorldShip 12.

WorldShip version 11 officially only worked on 32 bit operating systems. We use 64 bit Windows 7 here and ran WorldShip version 11 in Windows Virtual PC XP Mode.

WorldShip version 12 officially works on both 32 bit and 64 bit Windows 7, which is very cool.
