Shipper 3.8 Beta 2

Shipper 3.8 beta 2 is now available. This beta adds support for user defined filters and overridding the ShipRush label printer.

As before, Shipper 3.8 beta 2 uses Shipping Agent 3.7, so you can install the beta on a separate computer for testing will using Shipper 3.7 in production.
