Shipper 3 Solution

The Shipper 3 solution has 3 components: Shipper, Shipping Agent, and either ShipRush or UPS WorldShip. You need all 3 components to process shipments:

• ShipRush by Z-Firm is a desktop application that communicates with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Endicia to create labels and postage. ShipRush is licensed as an annual subscription.
• UPS WorldShip by UPS is a desktop application that prints UPS labels. UPS WorldShip requires a UPS account.
• Shipper is a desktop application that communicates with your web site to download order and package information, and with ShipRush to create and print labels and postage. Shipper is licensed as an annual subscription.
• Shipping Agent is a web site component to communicate with your e-commerce store to extract order and package information, and record package tracking information. Shipping Agent is free.

Shipper 3 Editions

The Shipper 3 desktop application comes in 2 editions: Platinum and Gold (compare Shipper features). Shipper 3 Platinum includes ShipRush. Shipper 3 Gold does not.

• Shipper 3 Platinum is licensed by location and each location can have up to five workstations.
• Shipper 3 Gold is licensed by workstation. You need one Shipper 3 Gold Edition license for each workstation that will process shipments

Shipper 3 Platinum Edition

Each Shipper 3 Platinum license includes a ShipRush license. The ShipRush license includes support for UPS Pro, FedEx, USPS and Endicia.

Shipper 3 Gold Edition

The Shipper 3 Gold license does not include a ShipRush or UPS WorldShip license. To print shipping labels with Shipper 3 Gold, you will also need a ShipRush or UPS WorldShip license.

How do I decide which edition to purchase?

First decide if you want any of the features that are unique to Shipper 3 Platinum. See Compare Shipper Features and use the free trial to help decide. If you decide you want Shipper 3 Platinum, then all you need one Shipper 3 Platinum license for each location. Each location can have up to five workstations running both Shipper and ShipRush.

If you decide you want Shipper 3 Gold, then you will also need to choose a ShipRush and/or UPS WorldShip license. Please contact Z-Firm for ShipRush sales and support, and UPS for WorldShip sales and support.
